In previous confluence, I've created some flow charts using the Draw.io Diagram feature. But after moving to current platform, it seems like the Diagrams drawn in Draw.io Diagram could not be edited anymore.
Hello @Zhung Ping Ooi
Can you provide more details on what you mean by "moving to the current platform"? Did the owners of the Confluence you are accessing migrate from the self-hosted Data Center product to the SaaS hosted Cloud product?
Are you an Administrator for the product? If not, have you reported this problem to the administrators of the product?
There are a few potential explanations for the issue. The first possible explanation is that the Draw.io app for Confluence has not been added to the environment. The Administrators of the app would be able to determine if that is the case.
Are you still able to see the Draw.io diagrams? If not what is appearing in the page instead?
I’ve fixed the issue. The diagram wasn’t published with the latest updates, so others couldn’t edit it. Once I posted the latest version, everything worked.
Thanks.

@Zhung Ping Ooi I was just going to suggest that fix. Glad it worked for you :) if you have any more questions about draw.io, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
P.S. thanks for using draw.io ;)
Best,
MJ
