We have a Confluence 3.5.13 installation.
I have installed the upm 2.3 version.
Now, i get the message:
The Atlassian Marketplace server is not reachable.
Our server is behind a reverse proxy and we have opened a specific port to allow confluence to browse : https://plugins.atlassian.com. But it seems not to work.
Hello Stefan, hello Hanis,
sorry for being so late in answering your posts.
The issue was not a firewall issue nor reverse proxies.
It was only the fact that our security team as generate a specific ssl keys that exclude so many sites.
so I asked to also include the new certificates from marketplace.atlassian.com.
And everything went ok after ;-)
anyway, thanks a lot for your posts.
sincerly,
Michael

Try adding https://marketplace.atlassian.com to your firewall as well.
Since the release of marketplace all the urls are redirected from plugins to marketplace.
Cheers
