Text formatting not working

When in edit and preview mode of a confluence content page text formats for code and info panel seem to work. But when it's rendered to non-logged n users background colours are lost so a blue info panel is just white, and a grey code text is again just white. Tried 3 different browsers, same result.

Any suggestions?
