Hi!

Why you don't want to do it, as linux utils level?

1. The same file structure

2. Rsync install and home directory.

3. Dump DB

4. import DB.

5. and copy service run files

6. That's all

this article describes how to proceed when migrating from one server to another.

You will basically need to copy the contents of your home and application directory to the new server.
