Team member getting an error when attempt to access page

My team member cannot access confluence.  Account is created, he can log in but every time he clicks into confluence it kicks an erorror that page connot load.  Hes cleared cookies, etc.  He can click on any of the Jira workspaces and has no issue.  confluence is the only one with issues.
