Task report for guest users

How can I create a task report for a guest user in a space that is shared with this guest? The guest user never shows up in the list "assigned to". I tried to select only pages the guest user has access to but it changes nothing.

That's a great question, guests have limited access to confluence.

Guest users are currently limited to their in-app notifications about any task assigned to them.

Alternatively, it's possible to create a page with Task Report macro in the target space for the guests to allow tracking of any pending item, but it's not possible to filter to any particular guest as assignee (CONFCLOUD-76394). For now it could be used only to show ALL pending tasks for that space, requiring each guest user to locate their tasks in the list (manual sorting)."

@Melo I notice in the comments of the Jira issue you linked, it says that the fix was rolled out at the end of November. Does this mean that @Severine Andre shouldn't be experiencing this anymore?

Hi @Barbara Szczesniak that's correct I wanted to clarify that I initially experienced some confusion while trying to locate the shortcut for the task in the user interface.

However, I discovered that accessing the tasks as a guest is possible. You can try using the following URL: yoursiteurl.atlassian.net/wiki/home/tasks. If this method doesn't work for you, I recommend reaching out to Atlassian support for further assistance.

Confluence guests are not licensed Confluence and therefor have limited options and are not able to assign tasks to guest as also explained by @Melo
