Task report: Tasks assigned to me AND tasks created by me

Is it possible to create a report which contains all tasks assigned to me AND created by me? So far I only achieve one or the other.

Thank you. This is what I tried (sorry for missing to mention that). The outcome was a List with only the Tasks "Assigned to" me. The description of the fields you mention are:

4a --> Tasks only assigned to

4b --> Tasks created by

I assume that the two filters are combined "AND" instead of "OR" as I would wish.

1. Create or open a Confluence page.
2. Click the "+ Insert more Content" button
3. Click "Other Macros" and select "Task Report".
4. In the "Insert 'Task report' Macro" popup, you should see fields in the left column:
   4a. Enter your name in "Assigned to".
   4b. Enter your name in "Created by"
5. Click "Insert" and save the page.
   
   Result: The page now contains a "Task Report" Macro which only lists tasks that you have created AND which are assigned to you.
