Task List and Task List Macro not working

Task List and Task List Macro not working. The 'Task List' now shows just bullet points and the 'tasks-report-macro' shows an error, "Unkown macro: tasks-report-macro".

 

On a side note, none of the images in the JIRA tickets will load.
