Tagging Users In Templates Is Not Working

Hi Atlassian Community,

I'm using templates as checklists for Onboarding and Offboarding purposes. I am linking users by tools they with the idea being that when I create a template, the user tagged gets a notification to provision or deprovision access to that tool via the checklist. But the users are not receiving notifications. I found this article with a linked ticket that is closed out but the problem is not fixed. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey @Brant Schroeder I'm using whatever the default template editor screen exists. To confirm - I think there are slight differences between the template creation screen and editing a Confluence page.
