Hello!

I have created a database in my confluence and I would like to tag some of my teams in it. Is there any way to do it? I realized it is possible to tag people by using @ functionality, but it does not work with my teams. Thanks in advance!

Kind regards,

Laura

Hi @Laura Moral Lopez

Welcome to the community!

In Confluence, the @mention functionality is designed to tag individual users and notify them about specific content. However, it does not support directly tagging or mentioning entire teams.

If you want to notify or involve your teams in a Confluence database, you can consider the following alternatives:

1. Use page watchers:

2. Utilize Confluence notifications

3. Create a dedicated team page

4. Share the database link

While these options don't provide direct team tagging functionality, they allow you to involve and notify your teams effectively within the Confluence environment.
