@luc.collette You don't manually create the table of contents. Instead, you insert a Table of Contents macro, which generates the TOC based on the headings on the page and the parameters you set for the macro. Hi @luc.collette and welcome to the community.

If not mistaken this happens automatically. If you have your title set with Headings, the headings will appear on the table of content. Clicking on them will navigate the user to that specific part of the text.

I am afraid that It's not working unless I am not doing it correctly.  The title in the text is set to Headings 2 and the same text in the table of content is also set to Headings 2.  It's not doing anything.
