Table of Contents Zone Macro weird labelling

Has anyone else notices the Table of Contents Zone macro not coming up properly when using /... and instead is labelled as:

Org.randombits.confluence.toc.toc-zone.label

for some reason the randombits part isn't giving much confidence.

We are seeing this on our Legacy editor pages and are unable to convert those pages to the new editor, even if we delete the macro.
