Table of Contents Macro doesn't show

I'm working on a page in Confluence Cloud and have added the Table of Content Macro on the top of the page. However, when I publish the page, it just says 'extension' where the table should be (see screenshots).

Hi @[deleted] , I realize this is an old post but I wanted to check in to see if you were still experiencing this issue and if so maybe you could explain a bit more about what's going on so that I might assist. I haven't seen this specific issue happen with the TOC.
