Table creation using Confluence Markup

Hi Team, Greetings for the day!! 
I am creating table with below data using confluence markup code.

Actually, In my data are having some special characters like bracket, pipe symbol, etc. however, data is not comes with proper format. Would someone advise me on this.

FYI, I need to have a link in the table as well.

Rohit Thanks for sharing the details. Actually I am looking the markup code , so that I would write-up a generic code to manipulate the data and upload the same in the internal confluence.
