System requirements for Jira, Bamboo, Bitbucket and Confluence?

I want to know that what are the system requirements for these products. And also want to know that would it be good to host these services on a single high performance server rather than hosting them on different comparatively low performance servers.

You can choose you product either Atlassian Datacenter product or Stand alone single server, based on your key factors like no. of  users, issues etc. you can choose accordingly - https://www.atlassian.com/blog/jira-software/server-vs-data-center-whats-right

Bitbucket Server vs. Data Center

Also from you question, it's always better to choose required/recommended hardware based on your key factors. Also if you are choosing the Datacenter product the servers should meet the minimum requirements to make sure the service runs even if one of you node goes down.
