Have a confluence server installation where after an upgrade, synchrony service is not working properly. It was previously working properly. Error manifests as an inability to edit pages.

Im not using a proxy, but I am redirecting 443 traffic with firewalld locally.

SSL is configured, with valid certificates.

Application link to Jira is also failing.

I followed the instructions for ensuring SSL is configured correctly.

For now I have collaborative editing turned off, but I would like to enable it again.

Hi @Andrew Lochow Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Did you check if the synchrony port is running after the Confluence upgrade or not (8091 Port)

If the port is enabled and then check synchrony logs file from the Confluence home directory (atlassian-synchrony.log) for possible errors while collaborative editing is enabled.

Also check the synchrony/collaborative editing guide for possible issues if your instance is facing related to that

Best,

Sagar
