We are migrating our SSO provider from Okta to EntraID. In Okta, we noticed that usernames are persistent from account creation.
When a user is married or has a name change, their legacy ID was used for Okta. After switching to EntraID, their current name is presented and creates an authentication error. It doesn't appear that there is an option for users to change their own email addresses in the Atlassian app.
Can an admin do this on their behalf or does this require a support ticket?
