Switch back to default theme

I switched my theme to Document just to see what it was like but quickly discovered I didn't care for it. Then I discovered it is deprecated anyway.

I want to switch back but I can't find how to do it.

The online help says

Go to Browse > Space Admin > Theme and then Configure theme.

But I can't find that any place in the interface.

With the documentation-theme activated, you should see:

You should switch back to the global look and feel there
