My Atlassian Cloud site (Free plan) at:
https://casinatarlea.atlassian.net
was deactivated due to inactivity. I received deactivation emails on
9 Jan 2026 for Confluence.
I am now unable to access the site and would like to ask:
1) Is there any possibility of recovering or restoring the data?
2) Is there any possibility of recovering my account? Even if I have to pay? I am willing to pay to restore that data.
The content is related to my projects and past projects, research and others. Any confirmation would be greatly appreciated.

All free Atlassian sites get deactivated after 120+ days of inactivity. Atlassian can restore this instance to you, without any charges. I've submitted a request and you should hear from Atlassian support engineer in the next 2-3 business days.

Mr Nikola Perisic We have the same issue for our https://orkunsevengil.atlassian.net
I cannot reach the projects which are very important for us if the team can salvage data we would appraeciate it. We are willing to pay.

Thank you very much for writing back to us.
Currently, From our records I can see that the data is recoverable.
Can you please update the billing support request referring this community link so that they can assist you with the restore of data.
Please note that due to the current plan, I cannot raise a support ticket for the same we will have to through the billing ticket only to proceed with the restore.

They will be able to assist you with the site restore details and assist you further with the same.

I filled in the form but also, I received an email saying it cannot be done (to restore my data), so no helpful answer. I cannot be the only one in this sitation. Thanks!
