Hi Petro,
The users will need to manually watch the calendar, or watch a space, and it will automatically have them watching all calendars in the space.
We have a feature request below for what you are requesting:
Please vote on it and comment with your usage case to help consider it for future releases.
I've read that you might be able to control watchers using an add-on, such as Calendar Insights, so maybe you can have a look at that.
