Stuck on page loading

There are times where I try to edit a page and I get stuck on a loading screen (The one where the confluence icon is in the middle surrounded by a white background).

Has this been happening to anyone else? I get randomly stuck on this page for about 10-15 minutes every now and then and refreshing, closing and reopening Confluence does not help.

This might be a network issue that you're encountering, or a performance issue. It's hard to say for sure. When it's happening you can speak to your network admins and see if they can detect anything, or you can generate a HAR file and review that to see what is taking so long to load.

Alternatively, you can raise a ticket with our Cloud Support Team, and we can have a look for you and see if it's something on our end.
