Stuck on a captcha loop when logging in

I am trying to connect to my confluence, which is hosted on my ubuntu server. whenever i try to login to the web interface, I'm required to go through a Captcha before logging in. I'm stuck in a captcha validation loop. Every time i enter the word I keep getting asked to do another and another and another and so on.

How can I disable this as i can't login to my confluence system.

There are captcha  for default setting refer below.

At user setting, you can reset fail login to 0, it should change normal for confluence login.
