Startup very slow

Hi

We upgrade from Confluence 5.3 to 6.11

System start up very slow. Also Permanent Generation Memory missing in System information of 6.1

That's correct, Confluence 6.11 runs on a version of Java that does not have PermGen, so there's nothing to display.

For a slow startup, have a look at the logs it writes while starting up.  These should contain time-stamps so you can see if there's one item in particular that is taking a long time.  If there is not, then it could be many things going slowly - it looks like you have plenty of memory, but is the CPU and storage speeds good enough too?
