Hello ...

after the recent update of the platform all my content and spaces disappeared :(

I haven't logged in for several weeks so I don't know exactly when that happened. The spaces are also not archived or similar ... I have just an empty confluence now.

Is there something I can do to get back my content? I send many hours creating it ...

Hope someone can help me.

Wolfgang

Hello @Wolfgang Frank !

As I understand, your instance is now a blank slate as if nothing was ever created there.

The behavior following statement can be found in our documentation:

Confluence sites on the Free plan will be deactivated after 120 days of inactivity. To prevent your site being deactivated, just log in and view any Confluence page—that’ll count as activity and reset the 120-day clock.

Here is the full document:

With this in mind, would it be possible for you to verify:

  1. How long you were away from Confluence
  2. If there are no spaces under Spaces>View all spaces

  3. If you are still able to create content

Let us hear from you!
