Has anyone created a space specifically to store certain artifacts from completed projects? If so , can you share an example. Thank you.

Hi @cynthia york,

I don't quite understand what the purpose of setting up an archive project alone is? If a project space needs to be archived, I will modify the space permissions of the project, for example, to become non-editable for all members, or only for some people to read.

The idea is to create a space specifically to store artifacts (charter, schedule, SOW, WBS) from projects that have been completed, and may have been managed outside of Jira or Confluence.
