I have accidentally deleted some older groups in Confluence that provided access to spaces.
On this page (https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/what-are-space-permissions/)
I can see that we need to:
"If you accidentally deny all admin access to a space so that nobody has access to administer the space any more, you can ask someone with Confluence Administrator global permission to assign space permissions.** In Confluence Cloud this means you'll need to create a support request. "
We are on the standard plan using Confluence Cloud and it seems there is no support with this option.
Is there a way to reset permissions so that I can access these hidden spaces?
thx Ann
Since you are on the standard plan, of course you have Atlassian' support.
However there is no administrator to solve this problem? You only need a confluence admin to go to that space, space settings and permissions and add the group.
Hello Alex, I had something similar happen. I'm an org and site administrator, but I don't see the permissions for the space.
