Space content not visible in normal navigation despite showing in Content Manager

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing a visibility issue with content in my Confluence space. When I access the Content Manager in my space settings, I can see all content including two root pages: "* Commerce Cloud" and "Versions of SCROLL Test".

However, when I navigate to the space normally, I can only see content under the "* Commerce Cloud" root page. The "Versions of SCROLL Test" content is completely invisible and can only be accessed through the Content Manager or the SCROLL plugin configuration.

I'm using SCROLL Documents in this space. Has anyone encountered similar visibility issues where content shows in Content Manager but not in normal space navigation? Could this be related to how SCROLL Documents handles page hierarchy or permissions?

Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks beforehand!

@Asier Vadillo You only see pages that are under the page defined as the Overview page for the space. It appears that this is the Commerce Cloud page. If you want to see all of the pages, you can use Reorder to move Versions of Scroll Test and all of its child pages under the Overview.

For more information, see https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/set-up-your-space-homepage/

At the bottom of this page:

Because the Content section of the space sidebar displays children of the space overview, it may not display the same pages that it did before.

To make pages appear in the sidebar:

  1. Next to your space's name in the sidebar, select More actions (•••), then Space settings.

  2. Open the Content menu and select Reorder.

  3. Drag the pages so that they are nested under the page you’ve selected as the overview.

  4. Refresh the page to see your changes reflected in the sidebar.

Hi,

The visible root page is probably your Space's root. Anything created or moved outside that root is not going to show up in the content tree. So either:

  • Move the missing content under the existing visible root page
  • Create a new root page and place both items under it to have them at the same level

Hope this helps
