Space Tools missing (yes I'm the Admin and I'm using the Global template)

I'm the Admin of the Space, and I'm using the Global Look and Feel template. I still do not have a Space Tools icon at the bottom of the sidebar.

I am having the exact same problem.  "Space Tools" used to appear at the bottom of my spaces - now it is missing for all.   I am the admin for all the spaces.

I do not have a Space Tools menu, period full stop.

Yes, but in one space or all spaces?.. does it only affect you or other admins? Did you tried on a different browser? I think this is also the time to share a screenshot :)
