Space Specific Blog Rollup

I would like to know if there is a way to create a space specific blog and have it appear on a page in that space specifically. Ideally, anyone who is invited to be a contributor, could create a blog post in that space, and it would automatically appear on the blog rollup page. 

for instance

• Privacy and Security (space)
  • Standards (page)
  • Trainings (page)
  • Blog 

Can the "blog" in this situation be a space? Does it have to be a page? If I can make it a page, can I have it automatically populate **only** the blog posts created when in the "Privacy and Security" Space?

Each space allows you to create a blog in it that is unique to the space and can only be viewed by individuals who access to the space.  You can also set it up so only certain individuals can post to the blog.  The blog feed you are talking about allows individuals to see all blog posts that they have access to.  If they do not have access to the space they will not see posts from that space in their feed.
