Some articles don't appear properly

We use Confluence for quarterly release notes and we noticed that some of these articles, on the customer's end, do not appear properly. The article would occupy only a portion of the web page (see the screenshot below) Screenshot 2026-08-06 102029.pngWe tested this multiple times and using different browsers. Always the same with some specific articles.

This is now resolved. The articles that weren't showing properly were published as "Live Doc". Changing that to "Published Page" resolved the issue. Thanks community!

Glad you got it sorted! Live docs look like pages but are not pages... Usually not too big of an issue, but as you've discovered it may break things!

It is easy to convert a live doc to a page (more actions->convert), so hopefully it wasnt too hard to adjust!

Hi @Montassar Chatti

On the original Confluence page, is any section of content 'reused' from other spaces by means of excerpts, synced blocks, or page includes?

Also, can you share a screenshot of the entire page? The one in your original post is just a fragment of text and provides no context.

Hi @Montassar Chatti , how are you sharing these pages with your customers? Do you know if there are any macros or images on the page? This will help identify where the problem might be coming from.

Hi Laura, the pages are added in the support portal, so any registered customer will be able to access them. There are neither macros nor images. Thanks.
