1. How to solve the problem that Chinese fonts in documents cannot be displayed when exporting web pages to PDF format documents using Confluence Cloud?

2. Using Confluence Cloud to import Word documents into electronic documents, the format of electronic documents is wrong. How to solve this problem?

Thank you for contacting us about this.

1. In order to export PDF in another language, you need to upload a font for use with that. Have a look at Create a PDF in Another Language for more details on that.
2. I'm not sure what you mean about an electronic document. Can you tell me, are you referring to the procedure to Import Word Documents into Confluence pages? If so, can you let me know what is wrong with the formatting in particular? The formatting won't match Word exactly since it's two separate pieces of software, but it should get the basic formatting in. Can you show me how it looks vs how you expected it to look?
