Snagit Image does not display in Edit mode

When editing a page, the snagit images already on the page do not display.  Makes this difficult and not an ideal user experience when collaborating with others.  Has anyone else experienced this. I searched the community pages and didn't find anything recent.

Hello there Annabel!

I am not really familiar with Snagit and what it does. However, I can tell you that Macros do have different views. As an example we have HTML Macro. Here we have it in Edit Mode:

And here we have it in View Mode:

If SnagIt is a macro, this is most likely the case. As next steps, please let us know:

1. If SnagIt is a macro or any other type of integration
2. If this was different before
3. If there are any kind of errors on screen

Also, if possible, send us a screenshot of what is shown in edit mode. Just be careful Not To Disclose Any Sensitive Data. Since Community is an open Space anyone can see what is posted here.
