I've been using Smartlinks view on Project list view quite a lot, but as of some days, URL's do not convert automatically Inline or show the card view. I checked the account permissions and confirmed for URL's to show inline and also tried the card view but no luck. What could be wrong?
What is set in your Account Settings (option un der your avatar) what are your "Link Preferences" set to?
Can you provide some screenshots of the issue
Hi Marc, thanks so much for replying! I tried both Inline and Display Card; still List view on Spaces show the links as is. It works fine when I have the link pasted in Task > Comments

The list view is an ootb option where you can add fields and show the fields information.
If the field contains a URL , the URL will be shown.
The Link Preferences have no impact on this.
The list view is and overview of information in fields, but it can't render rich formatting.

On Projects/Spaces List View, I add a task with an internal ticket, but it only shows the URL

Hi Marc, I can confirm 2 weeks ago the List view formatted Atlassian URL's to show the ticket title, status of the ticket etc, all on the list view. I have been heavily using this feature to track tickets.

Thanks Marc! Anyway this feedback can be escalated to the product team? I realize some features are being merged between List view and All Work view, but even in that case, the ability to parse/summarize URL's directly is super helpful, saving time to track internal tickets. For context, I track around 150 such tickets weekly. Without this feature, I now need to rely on labelling, and setup a new dashboard just to track labels, rather than relying on one view (Which was the List View)
