I've pasted links to Excel files from OneDrive and SharePoint hoping to view them embedded. This worked for me once. But now every time I do it says access is restricted and I need to Try Another Account.
I've tried the following with no success
The file is hosted where my account definitely has access, I created all of these files.
Greetings!!
Welcome to Atlassian community!
From the problem summary, I understand that the smart links are not embedded correctly.
Since you are on the standard plan and also the product admin, I have created this support ticket on your behalf https://support.atlassian.com/requests/JST-1267668/.
On of our support engineers will reach out to you shortly for further troubleshooting of the issue.
Hope this helps!!

Hey @Joe Crawford ,
Think this happened to me once or twice in the past, but I don't recall how I actually fixed it 😅
What you could do is reach out to the support team, and they could check the backend to see with which OneDrive account you're authorized. It could be that it's pointing to the wrong OneDrive account or that integration is broken in a way, but apart from revoking access and re-authorizing, I don't think there's much you can do 🫤
Cheers,
Tobi

I just tested this, and it is working for me. I would think that for whatever reason it just doesn't see that you are logged in. Have you tried in an Incognito window?

Yes, I've tried InPrivate in Edge. Does it matter if it's a Live Doc or Page? I tried in Firefox as well, same result.

I tried on a Page instead of Live Doc, same result. If I convert to an Inline link it says Restricted Content in yellow:
If I go to my account settings and look at Connect Apps, I see OneDrive is successfully connected with my account:
