Since last Friday none of the links i paste into confluence have the option to display them as cards/smartlinks. I added loads of figma smartlinks that style as an iframe-card using the Figma integration but this week. Nada. No links seems to give any of the smart opttons.
This smart links feature has never really been reliable. It seems to pick and choose when to offer the smart link options, many times not at all, no matter what steps are taken.
I'm a systems admin, have Link Preferences unset for all domains I'm trying. I can't even get a Jira link to be smart...
Hi @Tim.Parkes
Welcome to the community
Are "normal" smart links to other locations still usable as an inline card?
If so, it might be something related to Figma, then raise a request at Figma and/or Atlassian

Thanks for the reply - no it's all links being displayed this way - no smart links whatsoever.

Hi @Tim.Parkes
I can still see and set links as cards, even on my free Confluence Cloud.
It might be something with your instance. Do all your user experience this, if so I suggested that you raise an issue at Atlassian Support .

Thanks Marc, I tried in Private Browsing and getting the same issue. Need to get the site admin to raise a ticket.
