Hi everyone,
Our team has been completely blocked for several days. Whenever we try to
access our Atlassian Cloud site (explorabit.atlassian.net), we get the error:
"Page unavailable - Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable."
Multiple colleagues are affected, not just me. We have already tried:
- Reloading after 5-10 minutes
- Clearing cache
- Incognito mode
- Different accounts
The Atlassian Status page shows no incidents. When I try to submit a support
ticket via the contact form, it says "Sorry, we can't find this Cloud URL."

Could someone from Atlassian please help create a support ticket or check
the status of this site? I am an admin/owner of the affected site.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
The posts on your tag indicate you are using a Free subscription. Is that accurate?
If so, when was the last time any user accessed the content? Free subscriptions that are left inactive for an extended period of time may be deactivated by Atlassian.
If your subscription has been deactivated, that could be the reason for the message.
You could ask an Organization or Billing Administrator to login to https://admin.atlassian.com to check on the status of your subscription.
If you think or conclude that it might have been deactivated then you should reach out to Atlassian Billing Support for help:
