Hello @pereago

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

When was the last time you were able to access the content?

Have you checked in https://admin.atlassian.com to confirm that your subscription is still active?

Hello @pereago

When was the last time you accessed that site you created in the past?

Was that site hosting a Free subscription of Confluence?

If it was and you have not accessed it for an extended period of time, then it may have been deactivated and possibly permanently deleted. Atlassian reserves the right to deactivate Free subscriptions that are inactive.

Before deactivating the subscription they send two warning emails to the Organization admin for the site. They send another email on the day that they actually deactivate the subscription, including in that message that the data will be permanently deleted.

The time period of inactivity is not stated in their documentation. I've seen messages from people recently indicating they received the warning message after as little as 40 days of inactivity.

If you want to find out for sure if your subscription was deactivated and if your data has been deleted, complete and submit the form at Atlassian's Licensing Support site:

My name appears as 'thiago-santos', but when I click on it, the URL redirects to pereago.atlassian.net/wiki/home. The link was supposed to appear as thiago-santos.atlassian.net. Because of this, I am unable to access the Confluence instance I created in the past.
