Single user cannot create pages

We have an issue where a single user cannot create pages. 

They are able to edit existing pages but whenever they try to create a page, the user gets an error "Session expired: please login".

Have even tried making the user an admin and granting full access but this did not resolve the issues.  All other users can create and edit pages.

Can you get a screenshot showing the problem (s)he has when creating a page?

This is the error the user gets.  This only happens when creating a page.  If the user clicks on Login he is redirected back to the landing page of the Space without needing to login.

Can you check the URL the user is using to access Confluence? Ensure it is the same as all other users.

Secondly, if you are also using JIRA on the same server and the user has logged in to JIRA, can you ask them to try the following:

• Open Incognito/Private browsing or use a different browser.
• Login to confluence n the server.
• Attempt to create a page on Confluence.

Also can you check if the user is creating a blank page or a page based on a template?
