Sign on failed

Hello,

I`m not able to login to Confluence.

The error message is:

Sign On failed

SAML-Login failed: Authenticating user failed: User is not enabled

Could you please help me?

Hi @gheorioa 

Reach out to you Atlassian administrator or IT department.

It seems you account is either disabled in Atlassian Administration, not in the group that is synchronised from the user directory connected with the SSO, or in the user directory that is synchronised your account is disabled/inactive
