Show "First Steps" tutorial again

When I logged into Confluence for the first time there was a small "First Steps" tutorial explaining the basic concepts of the application.

How can I show this tutorial again? Can I set it to be shown again to specific user on their next login?

Same for Jira.

If found this post  explaining how to get back to the "welcome.action" but this only shows 1 page which introduces the spaces.
