Show link to jira ticket and send out mail after creating ticket with confiform

I created a confiform which creates a jira ticket. Now I want to show the jira number (with a link in it to the ticket). How can I do that? I also want to send out a mail to the reporter and assignee that a ticket has been created also with the link in it.

You need just to add an IFTTT that sends the actual email.

Place it after the other IFTTTs you already have (which create Jira ticket for you, etc)

Hi @Can Kilic 

You can save back the issue key to some field in ConfiForms and then use it in the "Message to show after the submit" parameter

As for the email notifications, good starting pointers are given by @Humashankar VJ
