Shelley Riblet SSO 210064883 is unable to login with her new SSO. She was formerly a contractor and can only login with her old SSO 503049122. She needs to be able to login with her current SSO 210064883

I am sorry, but you are in the wrong place.  We are end-users of Atlassian software, not your administrators.  You need to talk to your (SSO/user?) admins, and we can't know who they are.
