Sharing specific Confluence pages with Internal Business Stakeholders?

Zach Greene May 29, 2018

Hello, can we open up specific Confluence pages for business stakeholder access in 'read only' format? Can this be set up for just internal business users at our company? Thanks.

The best way would be to create a group and give it read only access to the page(s) either at the space level or through page restrictions. Then add users to the group. You will have to add them as users which means they will take up a license. Even users who only have read-only access take up a license.

Another option would be to add the pages to a space that allows anonymous read-only access, but that would open it up for anyone to read. In this scenario you would not take up user licenses.
