I added my team members to confluence, but some of them I can not integrate in a team.
Who can support in this topic?
Are you a User Admin or just a Space Admin, are the new users granted a Confluence license?
Adding them to a group does not mean they have a confluence license, does this group have auto access to Confleucne?
Check the individual users and do they have the "User" option on the app Confluence within admin.atlassian.com?

Browse to https://admin.atlassian.com (you need to be a user admin or org admin)
If you are not, then reach to the Cloud instance admins or local IT.
As a Confluence space admin, you can't check this.

Thank you very much for your quick responses!
For all my colleagues I granted the same licence: P_adp-cloud-jira-confluence-users
How can I see my rights in a "Space"?
For 10 colleagues it worked to go to the Space "EMOB R&D TPM BU ENC" --> three dots --> Users --> edit --> search for colleague and add. But for one colleague it worked not, and I dont know why. Same problem, when I want to add this colleague to my Confluence Team I created.
Also I expected, that Spaces which I link to my team are accessable for all team member. Or what is the purpose of connecting Confluence Teams with Spaces?

@Guenter Friedl The process you describe is for adding users to the specific space in Confluence (you are in the Space settings), not for adding them to the Confluence app.
When you say that it didn't work for one colleague, does that mean that you could not find them in the search box to add them in the space? This search only finds licensed internal users. It sounds like maybe the 10 colleagues that it worked for already had Confluence licenses, so you could add them to the space, but the last person does not.
To grant the user a Confluence license, you need to go to admin.atlassian.com, locate the Confluence site you want (your company may have multiple instances to keep people and information separate for some reason), and select three dots > Manage Users. If the person is not already shown there, they do not currently have a license for that Confluence. If you cannot use the Invite users button at the top of the page, you do not have permissions to grant a license.
The tags on your post indicate that you are on an Enterprise plan. If so, there is probably a team of people who administer your Atlassian products that you can contact to ask for a license for the person. If you have a help desk, there may be a form you need to fill out. To find out who to contact, on that Manage Users page mentioned above, filter the list for App = Confluence and Role = Org admin, Site admin, User access admin, and App admin. (I think these are the people who can grant a license to new users.)
I hope this is clear, but I wrote it, so it makes perfect sense to me. 😀 Please ask if you have further questions.

Thanks for your reply.
I requested for the one colleague I can not add to the space, the same licence as me and I can see, that he has the licence on Authorizations - Schaeffler User Portal. In the search field to add user I can not find him. But in the general search field of confluence on top of the page I can find the user.
