When I try to edit space's home page, I get a specific layout of three squares with something in each one. I want to delete them all, and start from empty page. I cannot do it.
What does "I cannot do it" mean? What are you trying to do, what does not work, and how is it failing?
There is a thing called confluence. Among other things, it contains spaces. If you don't know what is "space" in confluence, just ignore the question.
Whenever I create a space, a page called space's home page is created. It's URL is like https://foo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BAR/overview (foo and BAR represent other words). If you don't understand what the hell I am talking about, please ignore the question.
The space's home page is initially not empty. When edited, it looks like this: a header, then 3 rectangles with some contents. It looks like the picture below. I want to remove these 3 rectangles. There are no tools to do it. For example when I type <Ctrl-A><Delete>, nothing happens.

Your screenshot and last paragraph give us the information you left out of from "I cannot do it". This page has three "sections" (if you don't know what those are, you probably want to read the docs), each one of which is shown as one of your boxes.
To delete their content, click in the section, highlight the content and press delete. (I can't really help you if you're not sure how to use an editor)
Also, on the edit bar there is an icon for "layout", where you can add or remove sections and change them between assorted styles of 1, 2 and 3 column layouts.
