We are getting the following error when trying to load the home page. However, the character settings outlined on the linked documents are set on the MySQL servers are 

Database: The database collation 'utf8mb3_bin' is not supported by Confluence. You need to use 'utf8_bin, utf8mb4_bin'.

The 

I am the DBA, not the App administrator. Can someone guide me in the right direction to resolve this issue?
