Send mail to mail user

I want to send mail using a mail server (SMTP) from confluence but I've looked in many directions but can't find anything that works. Someone help me, please? I already have an existing email template and want to send that email to the user email I configured

@Engteg123 can you provide some additional information as to what it is you are trying to do?  Are you trying to send an email through and external SMTP service and not use the Confluence mail handler?
