If there are 5 fields ( A, B, C, D, E) in confiform, and when a record is modified( or edited) suppose field B is modified, So i want to send mail by IFTTT macro which says that B field has modified. Similarly if C is modified, then mail sent which says that C field has modified.
Conclusion ,send mail which specify what changes has been made
