Send email to page plugin issues

Hi there :) 

I'm facing two main issues using the send email to page plugin: 

- I can't use a page template with the plugin, even when adding the template in the settings

- a lot (like, a lot a lot) of white spaces are added in the pages even though I don't put them in my emails. 

Has any of you guys experienced such issues? The plugin works fine otherwise, doing what it is supposed to do.

Hello Olivia, 

I am the Customer support manager for that app. What version of the App are you using? We have recently released a new version that deals with that. It does depend on which email service you are using. Also, are you using HTML or plain text? 

We are happy to work on this on a support ticket on our Portal. I would especially recommend you using the portal if there are details that you would like to share and keep them private.
