Send email to a specific user with form macro

Hi all,

I want to be able to send a predefined email to different users by selecting one or multiple users. 
I'm using the 'forms' macro in Confluence. But i cant seem to get it to work. Is it even possible with the 'forms' macro?

I have not used forms macro but as per below community discussion , looks like the same is possible from confiforms.
